A: Your Cash Back Rewards will be automatically loaded onto your Sam’s Club membership.
Q: When will I receive my cash back?
A: Cash Back Rewards earned during 2021 will be issued starting in February 2022, near the time of your billing statement, and will be automatically loaded onto your Sam’s Club membership.
Q: How can I redeem my cash back?

A:

  • Use it for in club, in app and online purchases (including Curbside Pickup and Scan & Go™ checkout).
  • Cash it out at a staffed register or at Member services.
  • Apply to your Sam’s Club membership renewal or upgrade in club.

Q: What do I need to bring to Sam’s Club to redeem my cash back?
A: You will need your Sam’s Club Mastercard.
Q: Can I redeem my cash back if I am no longer a Sam’s Club Member?
A: No. You must be a current Sam’s Club member to redeem Cash Back Rewards. If your membership has expired, you will need to renew it in order to redeem your Cash Back Rewards.
Q: Does my cash back expire?
A: No, your Cash Back Rewards do not expire with an active membership.
Q: What if I have a problem redeeming my cash back earned with my Sam’s Club Mastercard?
A: If you have any questions, please see a Sam’s Club associate or call the number on the back of your Sam’s Club Mastercard.
Q: Can I redeem my cash back at SamsClub.com?
A: Yes, your rewards can be applied towards your purchase at checkout when shopping at SamsClub.com. Just choose “Sam’s Club Mastercard Cash Back” during checkout and enter the amount you’d like to apply toward your purchase.
Q: Can I redeem my cash back on Scan & Go™ purchases?
A: Yes, your Cash Back Rewards can be redeemed with Scan & Go checkout. However, it cannot be applied to Scan & Go purchases at fuel stations.
Q: How do I check my cash back balance?
A: Your rewards balance is available at the register when you make a purchase using your Sam’s Club Mastercard or by logging into your account at SamsClub.com. Go to “Your Account,” and then “Account Information.”
